Library Item Purchase Requests:

Library Item Purchase Request Forms can be completed by any faculty member.  These purchase requests help the library maintain up to date and relevant resources.  Each college has a faculty library representative who approves the requests along with the respective college dean.  Contact your dean or library director for further information.

Once the form is completed, it goes through a series of approvals.  Requesters will be notified when the  order is received by the library's acquisitions department and when the item becomes available at the library. Complete information is essential for timely processing.  Complete one form per item requested. 

The fiscal year deadline for submitting purchase requests is the 3rd Thursday in March.
