TexShare cards are available for DBU students, faculty, and staff ONLY. 

  • Fill out the form completely.  Your card will be mailed to you. 
  • By applying for the TexShare card, you agree to our TexShare policies. 
  • A list showing participating libraries and their lending policies can be found at the TexShare website. 

The TexShare Program

TexShare is a cooperative program designed to improve library service to all Texans. Both academic and public libraries are members. A TexShare card enables holders to borrow materials from and share resources at other member libraries.

Through membership in TexShare, the DBU Library is able to offer our students 
and faculty numerous benefits, including: 

  • Expanded access to online databases;
  • Rapid Interlibrary Loan service via TEXPress courier services; and
  • Borrowing privileges at member Texas libraries through the use of the TexShare card.
