Did you know?

We have thousands of documents in micro formats, including ERIC reports, New York Times newspapers going back to the 1800s, micro-books, and more.  Our new digital microform reader allows you to read, print, or download these items.

Use Your Account

Once you have set up your account, you can log in to view the items you have checked out, see their due dates, and renew the check-out period for any item you need to keep longer.

From any WorldCat Discovery catalog page, click "Sign in" next to "My Library Account."

When the "Sign in" box opens, type your 7-digit DBU ID number for "User Name" and the password you established when you set up your account. (See "Account Set-Up" tab)

The "My Library Account" link at the top right will become active. Click there to view your account activity.

Your account page shows the items you have currently checked out, any items you have placed on hold, and any fines or other charges you may have accrued.

The "Checkouts" tab shows you when your books are due.  If you need to renew an item to keep it longer, click the "Renew" button.  However, if the item is past due, you will need to return to the library in order to extend your checkout time.

If you have placed a hold on an item, click the "Holds" tab to see it.  To learn how to place an item on hold, select the "Place a Hold" tab in this guide.
